Datamail Group makes key purchase
Datamail Limited, CommArts' owner, purchased shares in Gallagher Communication Holdings Limited, which wholly owns Moore Gallagher Limited. Formed in 2000, Moore Gallagher, with turnover exceeding NZ$50 million and staff of 325, has provided print, direct marketing and billing services in the market.
Datamail Group will own and manage Moore Gallagher's mailhouse line of business, while Wickliffe Limited, has purchased the offset print line of business and will manage this separately from the Datamail Group.
Datamail Group CEO, Gary Woodham said his company had been looking for opportunities to strengthen its position in the growing Auckland market. "This is a good fit from a client and culture point of view. We are very happy to welcome Moore Gallagher people and clients into the Datamail Group.
